As much as I love, the store j d sports and the appearal it sells. I want to love the app. I want to, but it's so hard to purchase something. It just took me over 48 hours with the same cart to finally get it purchased. I had to not buy several items because every time I would add those items, my whole cart would disappear, or like 4 items out of my cart would disappear. And this kept happening over and over again, I was so frustrated, I almost gave up entirely, but I needed it all.
I would give it a zero if I could. THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!! It is not the 1st time, it happens very often. I go and place stuff in my basket, go back to check out something else and now everything I just added is gone. Sometimes it's an easy yet annoying fix by logging out and back in. Sometimes that doesn't work! I have to go and do everything again. It gives me a hard time. I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I HAD TO USE MY DESKTOP COMPUTER.
Nothing but issues, never had a smooth simple transaction with JD unless I'm in store. Every sneaker release purchase I have tried I get to the cart and then nothing happens. It takes forever to get in sometimes. My other online purchases my points NEVER get applied to my account. Contacted customer service about it. They say they'll add my points and it NEVER HAPPENS. So I cannot take advantage of the Status rewards. With today's release of the J11 space Jams attempt. I'm done with JD.
Buyer beware. I saw a product on this app, in stock. Added to my cart, put in my purchase info and got to the confirmation screen but no confirmation number. Email never came. Called my bank, they took money and refunded it a second later. Purchase was canceled. Unreliable app, shop elsewhere if you want a confirmed purchase. After contacting customer service they pretty much said tough luck and the same thing happened the next time I tried. No sense in even contacting them.
App has several glitches in which you constantly get locked out of your account not allowing you to access reward points. I had over 17,000 points disappear or expire during a time I was locked out of my account and your reviews show what are the customers were also locked out and it was an ongoing issue. Discontinued for 6 to 8 months then suddenly days after the pointe expired I was suddenly able to get back into the account. Go figure
Why every time you leave off the app, then come back, it says you need the latest version of the app, but dang it, how many times do I need to keep updating? This is really getting in the way. This really terrible. so just in 2025 this app seems to get worse can't even place an order without it saying error can't use or add the flex rewards to use on purchase. I tried ordering over 10 times and the day after only for it to say the same exact thing. I Uninstall still the same smh.
It works great day to day but during normal drops. But during more exclusive drops I try to authentic and it doesn't work. It says I entered the wrong one. The and I can get in until after thr drops. And it's cause me to miss out multiple times which is frustrating. Case in point this morning. Can't even get in the app.
Terrible! I tried this app since finish line sucks, but they both are the worst. It keeps deleting my items and likes. I missed out on so many things I been trying to get. I tried online and the app and they both do the same thing. It deletes all your items in the cart and all ur items in the likes as well. It doesn't make sense that they keep deleting ur items in cart, finish line and JD Sports, same owner, so probably a scam or something to have people keep downloading the apps.
Fix your app... the loading time is egregious, and it loads for every action you make. Then your app keep logging STATUS Members out so they don't have the ease of access to ordering without constantly having to enter guest information. When you have a dated release, please get your servers prepared to handle the traffic because it's ridiculing how many times your app crashes and logs me out.
It's trash! It doesn't work anymore. The last update makes it redirect to the web which is fine but if you're a status member you can't login. Put it back the way it was, just provide a better connection to your servers. This is ridiculous. What's the point of being a status member if you can't even login when you're alerted that you have access. Even if it is 10-20mins after it went live (sarcasm)!
Every timeeeee. I get a notification about something on this app. I always get sent to update the app just to open it from the Play Store just to log in again. And sometimes, I get locked out even with my auto password. This app needs fixing. Also, why I never come to this app for drops, I'll forever be in line and won't ever get in, even after 10-20 min tells me not to refresh I'll grab my other phone and get in to the app no problem. So it never refreshes. 🤦♂️
OMG this app is the worst. I love shopping at JD Sports in the mall, but this app is beyond a headache, I've clearly have an account open but when I go to sign in, it says the password and username doesn't match when I know they do. So bad. This has prevented me from buying numerous amount of shoes and clothes. Update 12/07/24 Nothing has changed!!!
This app is really bad. It crashes all the time, logs you out repeatedly, and constantly malfunctions stating that a promo code does not work on the item it is advertising the promo code on. It's really frustrating trying to shop and purchase on this app. And unfortunately being a size 14 my experience in store is often limited and this ends up being the best option.
well the store looks great the service is great. but the number one problem is you sign up for their points and you can't even use them because they don't send the link to set up your account to use the points. so for me it's back to champs where I can use my points.
It's great to get early drops ahead of time with Status, but I really hate the fact you can't switch your payment before release date, there should be a refund option to switch you method of paying because I got charged the full amount when I really needed to use a different card...
💩💩💩 worked for like an hr when i first downloaded the app. Now when I try to open the app, it literally just freezes at the black JD Sports load screen. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with no fix.
Every time, is a good time shopping with JD Sports. I especially like the quick delivery of my goodies. 10 out of 10 score. Highly recommend sincerely Mark Steward
Useless. Cant get past the logo most times I log on. When I do get past the logo, the app is slow, and nothing I want is either available, or I can't click on it to purchase. All these issues make it very hard to want to keep this app on my phone.
I love this store a lot. However, this app is not opening up. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it & it still won't open up.
Making a shoe release "app exclusive" is not a good thing for you when you have a useless app when more than 50 people use it at once. Seeing how this is a normal issue for years you do not care about the customer.
